Tareq Shurafa

Tareq Shurafa, MBA has extensive work experience in executive roles. Tareq is currently serving as the Executive Vice President at GMI since August 2018. Previously, from July 2006 to May 2019, they held the position of President at Technology Group Research & Development Co. In this role, they played a key role in determining the company's direction and strategy. Tareq reported directly to the Chairman/CEO and was responsible for overall operations, including strategic planning, contract development, and negotiations. Additionally, they identified new business opportunities and provided financial solutions for individual projects in collaboration with managing directors.

Tareq Shurafa holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. Tareq also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Integrative Studies with a focus in Economics, Business, and Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas.
