Daria Kryachkova

Daria Kryachkova has held various HR leadership roles throughout their career. Daria started as a Senior Consultant at PeoplePlus Executive Search&Recruiting in 2004 before moving on to become HR Director at Severstal-infocom in 2008. Daria then served as Head of C&B and Project Manager at Severstal, overseeing projects on organizational effectiveness and compensation policy. Daria later joined Norilsk Nickel, where they advanced to the role of Vice President Human Resources in 2020, after previously holding positions as Head of HR department and Head of C&B.

Daria Kryachkova completed a Master's degree in Mathematical studies at Voronezh State University from 1996 to 2002. Daria then pursued various executive education programs at institutions like Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, CBSD, State University of Management (SUM), and AIBEc focusing on HR Management, Strategic Management, Corporate Finance, Operational efficiency, and HR as a business partner.
