Sharde Olabanji

Sharde Olabanji is a dedicated Account Executive at GMMB, with previous experience as an Assistant Account Executive. Prior to GMMB, Sharde worked at Minted from October 2017 to January 2022, where roles included Team Lead-Priority Service, Training Support, Supervisor, and Priority Service CSR. In the Team Lead role, Sharde managed a team of over 30 associates, focusing on customer success and coaching. Sharde also developed training guidelines based on employee needs and conducted performance appraisals.
