Dr.john Belhumeur

Dr. John Belhumeur, PhD, is an accomplished leader in the fields of public relations and resource development, serving as President and CEO of Morningstar Public Relations since February 1989, and as Owner since February 1997. Recognized for expertise in advising First Nations, industry, and government, Belhumeur has built a strong reputation in the mining, forestry, and petroleum sectors across North America. Additionally, since March 2009, Belhumeur has been the Publisher of the Aboriginal Miner and The Prospector Investment News, a multi-media platform dedicated to connecting resource companies and their suppliers with the investment community. Dr. Belhumeur holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Philosophy from Western, earned between 1990 and 1995.
