Amy Delong

Amy DeLong possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner and previously as an HR Generalist and HR Administrator at GMO since July 2006. Responsibilities include recruiting for various roles, managing internship programs, coaching managers on employee relations, and overseeing employee documentation and compliance with audit processes. Prior experience includes a staffing and recruiting internship at General Electric, where support was provided for recruitment initiatives and program website maintenance. Amy DeLong holds a Master of Science in Organizational Learning & Development from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Education from St. Lawrence University.
