Jorge Lopez Naya

Jorge Lopez Naya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment and development within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Head of Investment and Development at Grupo Gmp since November 2013, Jorge leads investment and divestment transactions, managing projects valued up to 1,000MM€. Previously, Jorge spent a decade at Metrovacesa, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of seven as the Head of Business Analysis and Development, conducting economic modeling for various real estate operations, and creating value-enhancing action plans. Additional roles at Metrovacesa involved direct engagement in investment negotiations and financial analysis as Head of Investment and New Projects, as well as budgeting and forecasting as a Controlling Analyst. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade de Vigo and a certification in Real Estate Executive Management from Escuela Superior Antonio Camuñas.
