Nagaraj K has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Nagaraj most recently served as the Head of Human Resources at Adani Power - Raipur Energen Limited since September 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager- HR & Admin at Adani Power - UPCL from June 2011 to September 2016. Nagaraj also held roles as DGM-HR at Jindal Power Limited from June 2010 to May 2011, Assistant General Manager - HR & Business Excellence at Larsen & Toubro Limited from December 2007 to June 2010, and Manager at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Limited from April 2005 to June 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Deputy Manager at GRASIM INDUSTRIES LIMITED from March 1998 to April 2006, a Process Engineer at Thai Epoxy and allied products from April 1995 to March 1998, and a Process Engineer at Grasim Industries Limited | Pulp & Fibre from 1989 to 1995.

Nagaraj K holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Development from Universitas21 Global, which was obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, Nagaraj K completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Chemical Engineering from RV College Of Engineering, between 1983 and 1987. Additionally, Nagaraj K has a certification as a Lead Assessor for ISO 14001, obtained from Bureau Veritas.
