Saibal Mukhopadhyay has a strong work experience in the energy and natural resources industry. Saibal worked at GMR Energy Ltd. as a Vice President of Mine Management from January 2017 to present. Saibal Mukhopadhyay attended St. Xaviers School in Durgapur from 1976 to 1984. Saibal then went on to study at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 1986 to 1990, earning a B.Tech (Hons.) degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering.
