Parker Judd

Parker Judd's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at GMRE, Inc. since June 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Strategic Development at GMRE, where they developed and delivered the company's business development strategy and executed marketing plans for the growth and expansion of their services and products both locally and internationally. Before joining GMRE, Parker worked as a Senior System's Engineer and Business Development professional at the Air National Guard Air Force Reserve Command Test Center, where they provided program management and systems engineering expertise for avionics modernization programs. Parker also worked at Boeing as an Electromagnetic Effects Test Engineer from May 2000 to August 2008. Parker's career started as a Research Assistant at Utah State University, where they conducted Ultra-High Vacuum research on the electronic properties of conducting spacecraft materials.

Parker Judd has a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Management, which was obtained from the University of Phoenix from 2003-2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors of Science in Physics at Utah State University from 1995-2000. Additionally, Parker Judd has additional certifications in "Capturing Federal Business/Decision Gates and Reviews" and "Managing and Writing Federal Proposals" from Shipley Associates.
