Parker Judd's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at GMRE, Inc. since June 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Strategic Development at GMRE, where they developed and delivered the company's business development strategy and executed marketing plans for the growth and expansion of their services and products both locally and internationally. Parker Judd has a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Management, which was obtained from the University of Phoenix from 2003-2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors of Science in Physics at Utah State University from 1995-2000. Additionally, Parker Judd has additional certifications in "Capturing Federal Business/Decision Gates and Reviews" and "Managing and Writing Federal Proposals" from Shipley Associates.
