Alexander Panov

Alexander Panov serves as the CFO at Global Message Services Ukraine, overseeing financial and managerial planning, budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow control, and communication with banks and state authorities. Prior to this role, Panov also served as the CFO at Tsentrbudinvest, JSC, focusing on housing complex development in Kyiv downtown. With a background in internal audit and financial planning, Panov has a Master's degree in Finances from Kyiv National Economics University.
