Kristina Elsner

Kristina Elsner has over 26 years of experience in customer service and administration within the health insurance industry. Currently, Kristina serves as an Agent Administration and Group Benefit Administrator at GMS Health Insurance, where employment began in March 2007. Additionally, Kristina has held the position of Subject Matter Expert in Customer Support at GMS Health Insurance. Previously, Kristina worked as a Group Benefit Administrator at Group Medical Services from May 2019 to September 2023 and spent over a decade as a Customer Service Representative at Imperial Parking from 1995 to 2006. Kristina is a graduate of Martin Collegiate, having attended from 1989 to 1993.
