Anne Sofie Staunsbaek Veyhe

Anne Sofie Staunsbaek Veyhe is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment management, and corporate finance. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member for Orient's Fond and A/S Motortramp since April 2025, Veyhe has held the position of Vice President, Head of M&A, Investment Portfolio and Treasury at GN Group since 2020, along with previous roles in investor relations and strategic projects. Prior experience includes roles as Investment Director and Investment Manager at Horizon Capital LLP, as well as an Associate at Advent International and Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
