Camilla Just Holm

Camilla Just Holm has extensive work experience in the field of software product management and marketing. Camilla started their career in 2000 as a Student Assistant in Market Expansion at OIBN A/S. Camilla then worked as a Marketing and Communications professional at Comitel A/S from 2002 to 2008. Following that, they joined GN ReSound in 2008 as an International Marketing Project Manager. In 2012, Camilla joined GN Hearing A/S and took on the role of International Product Manager, Apps. Camilla played a pivotal role in the conceptualization and launch of hearing aid-connected apps, which disruptively changed the industry. Camilla progressed within GN Hearing A/S, taking on various managerial roles including Global Product Manager, Software and Manager, Product Management Software. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Software Product Management at GN Hearing A/S.

Camilla Just Holm obtained a M.Sc. in Business Administration (cand.merc.int) from Copenhagen Business School in 2006. Camilla also holds several additional certifications, including Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. (obtained in July 2023), Dit personlige lederskab from CfL - Center for Ledelse (obtained in May 2022), Prolog from CfL - Center for Ledelse (obtained in March 2019), Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. (obtained in January 2019), Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance (obtained in August 2016), Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance (obtained in August 2016), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from Project Management Institute (PMI) (obtained in May 2012).
