Maxwell Hartman is an experienced engineer and entrepreneur with a strong background in electrical engineering. Currently, Maxwell serves as the Founder and CEO of Humanitrack, a company established in response to personal losses, aiming to address global challenges such as cancer through innovative technology solutions. In addition, Maxwell works as a Senior EDA CAD Engineer at GN Group, contributing to the development of advanced chipsets for hearing aids. Previous roles include Senior Staff Engineer Physical Design at Marvell Semiconductor, where Maxwell led a Backend team on significant Ethernet switching ASICs, and as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Vitesse, achieving over 14 successful chip tapeouts. Maxwell's career began at Intel as an ASIC Engineer and includes an early internship at Saint Luke's Health System. Maxwell holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Kansas and has studied at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
