Kristen Uiselt

Kristen Uiselt is a seasoned professional in product development and marketing, with extensive experience in the food and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Director of Technical Product Development at GNC since November 2021, Kristen previously held roles such as Assistant Product Manager at Giant Eagle, Inc. and Product Marketing Manager at PPG Architectural Coatings, where expertise in managing product life cycles and aligning with market needs was demonstrated. Kristen's earlier positions include managerial roles at HJ Heinz, overseeing a team in the launch of over 100 new products, and technical development responsibilities in both food and flavor industries. Kristen holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Food Science and Technology and Nutrition Sciences from Penn State University, and possesses a certificate in Applied Sensory and Consumer Science from the University of California, Davis.
