Thommy Bommen

Thommy Bommen is an experienced Agile Coach and Teknologileder with a strong background in product development and technology. Current role at Gnist Consulting involves coaching teams and leaders to enhance their agility since March 2022. Previous positions include Agile Coach roles at CAGE AS and Kyoto Group AS, where involvement in leadership enabled organizations to fulfill green energy commitments. Bommen co-founded CAGE AS, providing hands-on coaching for rapid product development. With earlier roles as Project Manager and Agile Coach at T BOMMEN CONSULTING and a leadership position at Computas AS, skills in managing software projects and teams are well-demonstrated. Bommen holds a Master's degree in Informatics from the University of Oslo and completed a Personal Trainer Course at AFPT.
