Rudi de Man

Rudi De Man is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and management within the food and nutrition sectors. Currently serving as Sales Excellence & Functional Food Director at Gnosis by Lesaffre since January 2022, Rudi previously held the position of Vice President Sales Europe & Asia at NattoPharma AS from March 2015 to December 2021. Rudi's career also includes various roles at FMC Nutrition, where responsibilities ranged from Sales Director EMEA and CEEU to European Sales Director across multiple divisions. Earlier positions include Sales Manager roles at Amylum Group, focusing on Asia and South East Asia, and an initial role as Engineer R&D at Capsugel. Rudi holds a degree in chemical engineering with a focus on biochemistry from Hoger Instituut De Nayer, completed in 1985.
