Lea Rausch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community building, mentorship, and startup ecosystems. Currently serving as a Community Activator & Launch Lead at Expert Author Community, Lea facilitates a global coaching platform for aspiring authors. In parallel roles at Overnight Success, Lea elevates stories of Australian entrepreneurs as a correspondent and guest writer. With a strong presence in various startups, including Blackbird as a mentor and Startupbootcamp as a mentor, Lea also leads operational strategies at SeenCulture and offers consulting through LMR Consulting LLC. Previous experience includes a senior management role at Citizen, complemented by educational credentials from the University of Miami and other institutions.
