Ioana Stoica

Ioana Stoica is currently working as a Senior Associate at GNP Guia Naghi and Partners, where Ioana advises emerging and high-growth companies on legal compliance aspects such as privacy and data security, commercial contracts, consumer protection, and digital regulations. Ioana is also a co-founder of Audaxly, a company that helps create user-centric privacy policies for SMBs. Previously, Ioana worked as a Junior Legal Consultant at PwC Romania, specializing in data protection, consumer law, competition law, and intellectual property. Ioana holds a Master of Laws degree from Universitat de Barcelona and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
