Paolo Groff

Paolo Groff is the CEO of the Gnutti Carlo Group. In 2011, he had the unique opportunity to lead this successful group. He is not new to the company since he was Sales and Marketing Director between 2003 and 2007.

Paolo developed his career in both large multinational companies and smaller privately-owned enterprises: oil & gas, residential heating and automotive industry are the businesses he has been involved.

He graduated summa cum laude from Milan Polytechnic University with a doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering and in 2015/2016, he participated to the prestigious Caterpillar 'Digging Deep' program.

During his tenure the company has expanded, developed and diversified through major Greenfield projects and acquisition in Asia, Europe and North America.
