Jacqueline Otto

Jacqueline Otto is an experienced professional in the recreation and management fields with a strong background in therapeutic recreation and activities management. Currently serving as General Manager and Site Manager at Go Ape USA since January 2019, Jacqueline previously held the position of Therapeutic Rec Manager at Trinity Services Inc. from March 2018 to December 2018. Jacqueline also gained valuable experience as the Kids Activities Manager at Life Time - Healthy Way of Life from August 2012 to October 2017 and as Activity Director at HCR ManorCare from June 2011 to July 2012. Earlier career roles include Recreation Specialist at Anixter Center from January 2009 to June 2011. Jacqueline holds a degree in Recreation with a focus on Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale (2007-2009), and completed studies at Northern Illinois University from 2003 to 2007.
