Prior to this, they held various roles at Tesla from 2016-2021, including Store Leader, Delivery Manager, Delivery Advisor, and Customer Experience Specialist. Eric achieved a ranking as Top 3 Store in regional customer satisfaction, delivery yield, product dwell, and sales for 2 years and reduced product dwell from an average of 7 days to under 3 days and delivery yield to over 95% quarter over-quarter. Before Tesla, Eric was a Market Manager at Twitch from 2011-2016, where they networked in-market to build partnerships and connections with prospects while optimizing target audience reach. Eric also drove business development in local markets and increased penetration with proactive marketing/campaign strategies.
Eric Harhi obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 2009. Eric also holds an ASales License from the Pennsylvania Automotive Association.
