Hugh Jones

Hugh Jones is an experienced operations executive with a strong track record in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at GO Car Wash since February 2019 and at Regis Registration Systems, LLC since 2013, Hugh has successfully managed the development of an Enterprise Level Learning Management software platform tailored for the Arizona Defensive Driving School. Prior to these positions, Hugh was the Vice President of Call Center Operations at Oakwood Temporary Housing, where responsibilities included P&L management and team transformation to increase sales efficiency. Additionally, Hugh held senior roles at Direct Alliance, overseeing multiple client programs and managing sales/service outsourcing initiatives, as well as working at Insight in sales and customer service before advancing to project management. Hugh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Arizona State University.
