Courtney Rieger

Courtney Rieger, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a People Partner (HRBP) at Caribou since October 2021, with responsibilities spanning company-wide initiatives and specific focus on Technology, Product, and General & Administrative functions, alongside a managerial role in Learning & Development. Prior to this, Courtney worked at Gusto from August 2015 to October 2021, contributing in areas such as Talent Development and Learning and Development, along with Payroll & Benefits Support. Earlier experience includes a role in MBA Program Student Support at Colorado State University from January 2012 to August 2015. Courtney holds a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Colorado State University.
