Sejal Kumari

Sejal Kumari's work experience includes a role as a Human Resources Associate at GO DESi starting in September 2022. Previously, they worked as a Research and Development Intern at Fundamento (formerly Skillr) from August 2021 to March 2022, where they developed assessments and tests for behavioral skills and job roles, revised frameworks for item construction, and worked on collaterals and report contents. Prior to that, they were an Organizational Psychology Intern at Cognizavest in November and December 2020.

Sejal Kumari pursued their education in a chronological manner. Sejal completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The IIS University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from The IIS University between 2017 and 2020.

Sejal Kumari's secondary education was completed at Creane Memorial High School. Sejal obtained a Senior Secondary degree in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they completed their High School education at the same institution between 2004 and 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Sejal Kumari has also obtained various certifications. Sejal completed a certification in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in August 2022. In April 2022, they obtained certifications in "How to Design and Deliver Training Programs," "Setting and Managing Realistic Expectations for Your L&D Program," and "Organizational Learning and Development" from LinkedIn.

Prior to their MA, Sejal Kumari obtained a certification in Expressive Art based Therapy from Fortis Healthcare in June 2020. Sejal also completed a certification in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp in December 2019, and a certification in Consumer Psychology from NPTEL in September 2019.
