Jorge Pena

Jorge Pena is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Head of Software at Go Eve since February 2024 and as CTO and co-founder of TeamSportz.Pro, an AI sports platform, since December 2018. With a strong background in software engineering and management, Jorge previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Pond5, where significant improvements in release processes and team agility were achieved. Jorge's earlier roles include leadership positions at PADDYPOWER, MOP - Multimédia Outdoors Portugal, and Wiz Interactive, showcasing a consistent focus on development, system administration, and project management. Jorge holds a Master's degree in Open Source Software from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a Licentiate degree in Computer Software Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
