Khyteang Lim is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Caire and a Fractional CTO and Staff Software Engineer at Go Fractional, Khyteang has a proven track record in developing innovative solutions for healthcare and recruitment sectors. As Co-Founder and CTO of Waldo Labs, Khyteang significantly enhanced the hiring process for over 50 startups, implementing a proprietary algorithm that improved candidate matching. Previous roles include staff software engineering positions at Thirty Madison and Blink Health, where Khyteang architected key systems for pharmacy operations. With a strong foundation in agile systems engineering from Raytheon and tutoring experience at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Khyteang holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
