Anja van Ostrand

Anja Van Ostrand, PMP, DASSM, utilizes extensive experience in project management and research within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member and Website Designer for Go Green Skokie since April 2021, Anja develops digital communication strategies and manages organizational outreach for sustainability initiatives. Previously, at Rotary International from September 2008 to October 2024, Anja led grant model evaluations, managed research projects, and prepared strategic monitoring plans to enhance member engagement and organizational impact. Anja also held the role of Director, Corporate Outreach for PMI Chicagoland Chapter, fostering partnerships to advance the project management profession. With a strong academic background including certifications in Project Management and Nonprofit Management, Anja demonstrates expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, training, and strategic communication across diverse stakeholders.
