Raquel has a strong background in psychology and has completed degrees in Psychology, Social and Organizational Psychology, as well as specialized courses in Programação Neurolinguística and Coaching. Raquel's experience and education showcase their expertise in HR, recruitment, and talent management within the IT industry.
