David Fitzgerald

David Fitzgerald is the current Chief Financial Officer at Gojek. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Tax & Reporting for Uber in the Asia-Pacific region from June 2017 to July 2018. From June 2002 to June 2017, David was a Tax Partner at PwC. David has also served as a Senior Manager and Manager at various other companies including Davey Financial Management and Greg Thompson & Co. David is a highly experienced tax advisor and has been recognised as a leading advisor to the oil and gas industry in Vietnam. David has also acted as lead tax advisor for transaction engagements in sectors such as consumer goods, financial services, telecommunications, oil and gas, services and the pharmaceutical industry.

David Fitzgerald's educational career includes being a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting from University of Wollongong.
