Herman Cahyadi

Herman Cahyadi has an extensive background in Human Resources and has held various leadership positions in companies such as Gojek, PT Bank UOB Indonesia, Asia Pulp and Paper, PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, and PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk. Currently, Herman serves as a lecturer at Universitas Tarumanagara and has a Doctor of Management Program in Management. Herman specializes in Rewards and Performance Management, and their experience includes handling employee healthcare, HR policy, communication, and HR helpdesk operations. Herman holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management.
