Prior to this, they served as the Head of Tax & Reporting for [Uber](/org/uber) in the Asia-Pacific region from June 2017 to July 2018. From June 2002 to June 2017, David was a Tax Partner at PwC. David has also served as a Senior Manager and Manager at various other companies including Davey Financial Management and Greg Thompson & Co. David is a highly experienced tax advisor and has been recognised as a leading advisor to the oil and gas industry in Vietnam. George previously worked as the Chief Information Security Officer at [Equinix](/org/equinix) Inc. from March 2009 to August 2019. During their time at [Equinix](/org/equinix), George successfully built and developed a global security team, implemented and managed compliance programs for various products and services, and deployed a global security platform. Shobhit Singhal is the current Chief Transport Officer at [Gojek](/org/go-jek). Shobhit has been with the company since March 2019 and in their current role, they are responsible for initiatives to deliver the global P&L for Transport. Prior to joining [Gojek](/org/go-jek), Singhal worked at Apple for seven years in various roles related to supply chain management and demand planning. Shobhit started as a Senior Planner and eventually became a Manager and then Senior Manager of the APAC Supply-Demand Management team. In this role, they were responsible for launching new products, including the first ever iPad Pro, as well as managing the lifecycle of existing products. Shobhit Singhal received their Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management. Catherine is the Chief Food Officer of [Gojek](/org/go-jek) Group. She joined [Gojek](/org/go-jek) in 2017 and leads the company’s food delivery platform, with a focus on developing innovative strategies and products to meet consumer demand, while empowering micro, small and medium enterprises across the region. Under her leadership, [GoFood](/org/gofood) has grown to become the largest app-based food delivery service in Southeast Asia today, based on the total number of orders.

In March 2019, Catherine was invited by the [United Nations](/org/united-nations) (UN) to speak on how [Gojek](/org/go-jek) empowers women entrepreneurs, during the annual meeting for the organization’s Commission on the Status of Women. She has also been named to Prestige Indonesia’s “40 under 40: The Indonesian Vanguard of 2020” list, which recognizes rising young personalities who are helping Indonesia remain a matchless agency of change and growth in these unprecedented times.

Catherine joined [Gojek](/org/go-jek) from Alfacart (PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya), where she was responsible for the overall business as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, Catherine played a key role in building Zalora Indonesia as Managing Director and Co-Founder. Earlier in her career, Catherine gained experience with the world’s top consulting firm [McKinsey & Company](/org/mckinsey-company) as Senior Associate, and with [Innosight](/org/innosight) as a venture leader. 

In 2004, Catherine received her Bachelor of Business in Banking & Finance from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Lasma Simbolon joined [Gojek](/org/go-jek) in 2020 as the SVP and General Counsel/Head of Legal. Based in Jakarta, Lasma supports [Gojek](/org/go-jek)’s operations, its product development and the international expansion of its business. She is also the main advisor within the company for legal related matters and the head of [Gojek](/org/go-jek)’s legal department, including the international legal team, providing legal advice, strategic business advice and risk identification for [Gojek](/org/go-jek)’s management team and stakeholders. 

Prior to joining [Gojek](/org/go-jek), Lasma was the SVP & General Counsel of tiket.com, one of the biggest ticket booking e-commerce companies in Indonesia. She has also served as a Senior Counsel in PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, and other well known companies such as Cabot Indonesia and PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. Lasma started her career as a practicing attorney at SSEK Legal Consultants, where her last position was Partner.

Tarun is the Head of Groceries in [Gojek](/org/go-jek). In his current role, he sets the overall strategy for [Gojek](/org/go-jek)’s B2C (GoMart) and B2B (GoFresh) grocery delivery services. Tarun plays an important role in building and growing the company’s merchant ecosystem as well as improving business solutions tools for [GoFood](/org/gofood) merchants. During his time at [Gojek](/org/go-jek), he has also worked on other important projects, such as increasing the service quality of GoShop & [GoFood](/org/gofood), [Gojek](/org/go-jek)’s on-demand food delivery services.

Prior to joining [Gojek](/org/go-jek) in 2018, Tarun founded a point of sale company in Indonesia, Nadipos, which was later acquired by [Gojek](/org/go-jek). Earlier in his career, he also worked as a management consultant for [Deloitte](/org/deloitte) in New York.

Tarun graduated from [Carnegie Mellon University](/org/carnegie-mellon-university) in 2009 with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.

Nila Marita is the Chief Corporate Affairs at [Gojek](/org/go-jek). She joined [Gojek](/org/go-jek) in 2017, and is responsible for leading the company’s overall communications efforts and strategy.

Nila has 20 years of experience in communications and public relations, giving her broad knowledge and expertise in various areas including corporate communications, public affairs, issue management and stakeholder engagement. In particular, she is well-versed in developing strong corporate narratives, as well as managing crisis situations.

Prior to joining [Gojek](/org/go-jek), Nila spent most of her career as a consultant for many multinational companies in various industries, advising leading businesses on financial and investor communications, crisis management, and strategic media relations. She spent seven years at leading global communications firm, [Edelman](/org/edelman), heading the Corporate and Financial Practice in Indonesia, where she was responsible for managing IPO communications, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reputation building and issues management.

During her time at [Edelman](/org/edelman), Nila led a task force for the development of a communication blueprint for Bank Indonesia in 2012. She also led the IPO communications team for PT ABM Investama Tbk. (listed on IDX), which was awarded “Financial Communications Campaign of the Year in 2013” by PR Awards Asia.

Following her time at [Edelman](/org/edelman), Nila continued to consult and lead communications strategies for various companies and organizations, including the PR efforts related to the merger and acquisition of Indonesia’s telco service providers XL Axiata and Axis in 2014. She also assisted the largest international school in Indonesia with holistic litigation PR support in 2014-2016.

Sunil is currently the Chief People Officer (CHRO) at Gojek and leads all aspects of human resource management at the company, with his function supporting more than 5,000 employees around Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Gojek, he led HR for Google's Partnerships business in APAC, and was a Senior HR Business Partner with Amazon, where he was in charge of HR for groups spanning multiple functions and business lines. He started his career at Accenture and took on a number of leadership roles during his time there, including leading HR for Accenture's Healthcare Management Operations group in the Philippines.

Sunil Setlur

Based in Singapore, Mr Rault will report to [Gojek](/org/go-jek)'s co-chief executive Kevin Aluwi, and oversee all of the technology behind [Gojek](/org/go-jek)'s ecosystems as well as manage the engineering teams in South-east Asia and India.

Prior to joining [Gojek](/org/go-jek), Mr Rault was working on his own start-up, virtual reality firm Betawave. Before that, he was a director of software development at Amazon, where he led the team that founded the drone delivery service Amazon Prime Air.

Mr Rault has held leadership positions at Microsoft, including as the principal architect of search engine Bing and the principal development manager for Microsoft OneApp, which allows older phones to run popular mobile apps.
