Stephen Conway

Stephen Conway is an experienced manager with a robust background in staff leadership and performance monitoring. Currently serving as Depot Manager and Staff Manager at Go North West since October 2019, Stephen oversees the training and coaching of 500 staff members within a small management team. Prior to this role, Stephen held positions as Service Delivery Supervisor at FirstGroup PLC and Junior Academy Coach at Manchester City Football Club. Early management experience includes the role of General Manager at Total Fitness, where oversight of site operations and coordination among multiple departments was key. Stephen's educational background includes studies at Xaverian College in Manchester and St Matthews R.C. High School.
