Faizan Riaz

Faizan Riaz has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics and supply chain management. Faizan started their career as an intern at Bank Alfalah Limited in 2016. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Supply Chain Specialist at Zones, LLC, where they utilized machine learning tools to develop accurate demand forecasting models. In 2020, Faizan joined Leverify as a Demand Forecasting Analyst, where they focused on trend analysis and managing reorder points for optimal stock levels. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Thrasio as an Integration & Analytics professional, gaining experience in big data analysis and decision-making support. Currently, Faizan is employed at Go North Group as a Functional Lead in Demand Analytics, where they use advanced techniques like regression analysis and data integration to create demand plans and automate the demand planning process.

Faizan Riaz completed their Master's degree in Supply chain analytics from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology between 2013 and 2017. Faizan began their education at Cathedral High School from 2009 to 2011, where they achieved a Matric degree focusing on Computers.

In addition to their academic studies, Faizan Riaz also obtained several certifications. Faizan completed the "Advanced big data analysis with SQL" certification from Coursera in July 2020. Faizan also earned the "Advance Business Analytics" certification from Coursera in June 2020. Another certification they achieved in June 2020 was "Global Procurement & Sourcing" from Coursera.
