Kattia Mena Zuñiga

Kattia Mena Zuñiga has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Kattia is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at GoSolar since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at CONSTRUCTION LINK OUTSOURCING as an Accounting and Finance Manager from April 2016 to March 2021. Before that, they held the position of Finance Manager and Legal Representative at Compañia Sudamericana de Vapores from April 2008 to August 2015. In this role, they were responsible for opening CSAV Agency Costa Rica and Compañia Sudamericana de Vapores. Additionally, they worked as a Finance Manager and Legal Representative in the same company from April 2008 to April 2016. During this time, they were involved in the implementation of ERP for accounting, controlling, and risk optimization processes, as well as providing leadership, development, and consultation for various departments including accounting, account receivable, account payable, demurrages, and treasury.

Kattia Mena Zuñiga pursued their education at the Universidad Internacional de las Américas from 2002 to 2005. During this period, they obtained a degree in Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública con énfasis en finanzas, with a focus on general finance. Kattia also completed a second degree in Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública, specializing in Contabilidad Sciences with an emphasis on finances. Additionally, Kattia Mena Zuñiga obtained a certification in Normas Internacionales Contables from the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Costa Rica, although the specific year and month of completion are not provided.
