Janne Lemmetty

Janne Lemmetty is an experienced educator with a focus on special needs and mathematics instruction. Currently employed as an Erityisopettaja at Go Strong Oy since May 2018, Janne supports children and youth at risk of educational exclusion by helping them complete necessary schoolwork and find motivation for their studies, aiming to prepare them for future schooling or employment. Previously, Janne served as an Erityisluokanopettaja at the Municipality of Kirkkonummi from August 2009 to July 2021, where responsibilities included teaching a flexible basic education small group at Kirkkoharju School. From August 2006 to June 2009, Janne worked as a mathematics teacher at Luovi Vocational College, providing instruction in vocational programs. Janne holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Eastern Finland (2001-2006) and has pursued further studies in special education at the same university (2007-2009).
