Oleg Kokhanchyk started their work experience in 2010 as an Intern in the Information Security Unit at lifecell Ukraine, where they worked on various tasks including testing management systems and increasing employee knowledge in information security. Oleg continued to work at lifecell Ukraine, taking on roles such as Software Support Engineer, Software Solution Engineer, Leading Software Solution Engineer, and Leading Software Products Engineer. In these roles, they were involved in analysis, design, unit testing, and coordination of projects. Oleg then joined ELEKS in 2017 as a Senior Java Software Engineer, where they participated in the analysis, design, and implementation of technical solutions, as well as the development of new functionality. After that, they worked at GTM - Global Tech Makers from 2018 to 2020, initially as a Senior Java Developer and later as the Head of the Java department. In this role, they managed a team, handled budget planning, estimated new projects, and had hiring responsibilities. Oleg's most recent work experience is at Go To-U, where they joined in 2020 as a Senior Java Software Engineer. Oleg is currently working there. Oleg is also a Co-Founder at U-Hertz, which they started in 2020.
Oleg Kokhanchyk attended State University 'Lviv Polytechnics' from 2005 to 2011, where they studied Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. In addition to their degree, Oleg obtained several certifications including Web-services and Project estimations from LUXOFT Training Center in December 2012 and February 2012 respectively. Oleg also earned a certification in Object-Oriented Analysis of Information Systems and Conceptual modeling in UML for systems analysts from LUXOFT Training Center in November 2011. Lastly, Oleg became a Certified Scrum Master in August 2014, obtaining the certification from the Scrum Alliance.
