Yevhen Duma has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of DevOps.

Yevhen started their career at Accenture in 2015, where they worked as a Senior System Analyst/DevOps engineer. Yevhen was responsible for managing and coaching other DevOps team members, assisting the QA and development teams with testing and deployment processes, and creating and updating components in the client's in-house tool.

In 2017, they joined Visma Latvia as a Lead DevOps Specialist, where their main task was to create a deployment pipeline to migrate projects from on-premises to the cloud using existing tools such as git, TeamCity, Octopus, and AWS. Yevhen combined these technologies through PowerShell scripting to streamline the automated process.

Yevhen then moved to MeaWallet AS in 2017 as a Lead DevOps engineer, where they continued to lead and oversee DevOps operations. In 2018, they joined FIC Network as a Technical Manager/DevOps, further expanding their experience and responsibilities in the field.

In 2019, Yevhen joined Go To-U as a DevOps Consultant. Later that year, they transitioned to MeaWallet AS in the same role, and in 2019, they became a Lead DevOps in the same company.

In 2020, Yevhen joined SQUADEX as a DevOps Consultant, where they achieved notable accomplishments such as winning the AWS Gameday competition and presenting at the AWS user group in Odesa.

In their most recent role, they joined Virtasant as a DevOps Lead in 2020, where they are currently working.

Yevhen Duma began their education in 1995 at Lviv academic gymnasium, where they completed their secondary schooling until 2002. In 2002, they enrolled at State University 'Lviv Polytechnics' and pursued a Specialist degree in Information Security, graduating in 2007. During their time at Lviv Polytechnics, Yevhen also attended the High School of Public Leadership in 2003, with a focus on leadership and economics.

Furthermore, Yevhen obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills. In 2012, they acquired a Master Linux Administration (General) certification from Brainbench. Then, in 2015, they obtained a DevOps Professional certification from Accenture. Lastly, in 2016, Yevhen achieved an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
