Shahrazad (Sherry) Hashim has extensive work experience in talent management, organizational development, and learning experience. Shahrazad ( Sherry ) currently holds the position of Vice President of Talent Management & Organizational Development at Yubi since November 2022. Previously, they worked at Blue Yonder as the Sr. Director of Global Talent Management and later as the Sr. Director of Global Learning Experience. At Blue Yonder, Sherry played a crucial role in shaping the talent management strategy and executing performance excellence philosophy. Prior to that, they worked at JDA Software as the Director of Strategic Learning, where they established stakeholder working models and set the direction for engagement councils. Sherry also has experience with talent and leadership development at Applied Materials India Pvt. Ltd. as the Sr. Manager for Asia, and in training program management at Intel Technology India Pvt. Ltd. Shahrazad ( Sherry ) began their career as a CS Executive at Deutsche Bank AG, Bangalore.
