Katy Plencner

Katy Plencner is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in customer success and educational program management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Go1 since July 2022, Katy previously held the position of Education Program Specialist at the Arizona Department of Education from July 2020 to June 2022. Prior experience includes working as a School Improvement Specialist for the Hawaii State Public Charter School Commission, where impactful initiatives involved strategic planning and leadership coaching for charter schools. Katy's background also features roles as an Instructional Coach and Interventionist at Voyager Public Charter School, and Manager of Teacher Leadership Development at Teach for America, alongside experience as a Special Education Teacher. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Special Education from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Secondary Education from the University of Arizona.
