Grace Grace is currently the Director of People, Culture, and Belonging at GO2 for Lung Cancer, where the mission is to confront lung cancer on every front, every day, for everyone. With extensive experience in HR and operations roles at various companies, including teambuilding.com and WCH Synergy Investments, LLC, Grace has a strong background in building and fostering positive company culture. Grace holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University ILR School, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from East China Normal University, as well as an MBA from Washington State University.
