Sylvia Klockowski has extensive experience in the hospitality and aviation industries, with a focus on guest services and sales support. Currently serving as Account Services/Sales Support at GO2 Partners since August 2021, Sylvia previously held roles at Priester Aviation, including Guest Experience Manager and Sales Specialist, where responsibilities included managing jet charter sales for both wholesale and retail clients. Sylvia played a key role in establishing the Airport Butler Meet and Greet Service at Chicago O'Hare Airport, overseeing hiring and training for the start-up operation. Prior experience includes managing the Concierge Department at The Sutton Place Hotel Chicago and serving as Concierge Supervisor at Hyatt Regency Chicago. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Communications from North Park University and completed an exchange program in Swedish and European History at Södra Vätterbyggdens Folkhögskola.
