Sophy SEM is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at NHAM24 since October 2021, Sophy previously held the same title at NHAM24 and contributed as a Technical Lead and co-founder of ALLCARE TRAVEL AND TOUR. With a strong background in overseeing technology alignment with business strategies, Sophy's career includes roles as a Project Manager at First Womentech Asia, focusing on coordinating projects with clinics and stakeholders, and a Web Developer at various companies such as ALLWEB Co., Ltd. and Cambodian Broadband Technologies. Sophy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
