Darlene R. is a venture professional currently affiliated with GoAhead Ventures, managing a venture capital fund with over $175 million in assets under management and a diverse portfolio of over 150 companies. Prior experience includes roles as a Venture Capital Scout at Odds On VC and an Investment Analyst with NUImpact, as well as a brief position in investments at OCBC Ventura. Darlene also contributed as a Venture Analyst at Catalyst XL and held leadership positions such as Fundraising Chair and Director of Operations at various organizations including the NU Women in Business Club and 180 Degrees Consulting. Educationally, Darlene obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Northeastern University after completing the International Baccalaureate Diploma. Additional development experiences include participation in the LIFT College Leadership Academy and the Fireside Fellows program, alongside mentorship through Girls Who VC.
