Erin Almario has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Camp Counselor for the Los Angeles Recreation and Parks. In 2010, they were a Tutor for the UCSB Pathways Program. In 2011, they were a Teach For America Corps Member, President of Delta Delta Delta Sorority, and a Hostess at Outback Steakhouse. From 2012 to 2014, they were a 7th Grade English Language Arts Teacher for the NYC Department of Education, and from 2014 to 2021, they held various roles at KIPP SoCal Public Schools, including Assistant Principal, Interim Principal, Dean, 8th Grade ELA Teacher, and Upper School Manager. Most recently in 2021, they became a LA Success for Goalbook, where they perform customer success functions and leads renewal efforts in districts and schools across the country, works closely with district and school leaders to plan effective implementations, delivers online webinar trainings, and leads onsite professional development workshops.
Erin Almario obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from UC Santa Barbara between 2008 and 2012. Erin then went on to receive a Master's degree in Teaching from Fordham University between 2012 and 2014.
