Gretchen Kroll is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Goalbook since June 2019. Gretchen is responsible for performing customer success functions, leading renewal efforts in districts and schools nationwide, planning effective implementations, delivering trainings, analyzing usage data, and managing a team of Customer Success contributors. Prior to this role, Gretchen held positions such as Teacher Certification & Special Projects Director at Milwaukee Teacher Education Center and various teaching roles in different educational institutions. Gretchen holds a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Spanish.
