Kristina Lawyer has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Kristina began as a Human Rights and Peace Building Intern at the International Women's Tribune Center in 2003, followed by an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Bentley University. In 2004, they were a Research Analyst at the Social Science Research Institute at the University of Hawaii. Kristina then worked as a Research Assistant at the Quentin Burdick Rural Health Program in 2005. From 2007-2009, they were a K-6 Teacher at the Hawaii State Department of Education and a Fulbright Scholar at the Fulbright Scholars Program. In 2011, they became an Admissions Representative at the Academy of Art University, and in 2012, a Qualitative/ Quantitative Research Analyst at Stanford University. Since 2013, they have been the Content Team Lead at Goalbook, responsible for user research, content design, production, and content operations.
Kristina Lawyer received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Cultural Psychology from Wellesley College in 2002. Kristina then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in International and Transcultural Education and Peace Education from Columbia University, Teachers College in 2003. In 2007, they received their Masters of Education from the University of Hawaii, College of Education. Prior to that, they attended Montclair High School from 1994 to 1998.
