Tuoyo Louis has held a variety of positions in the past seven years. In 2014, they were the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, as well as the Managing Director, at Zaffre Investments. In 2018, they became the co-founder of Bambü Global Healthcare Advisors and the Executive Chairman of Yaro. Tuoyo was also appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors at Qcentive. In 2020, they became an Observer at Hurdle, a mental healthcare provider. In 2021, they became the co-founder and Managing Partner at Seae Ventures, the Director at Goalsetter, a goal-based savings and gifting platform, a Board Member at American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness), and an Observer at MD Ally | Public Safety Telehealth. Tuoyo also became the Director at Clinify Health.

Tuoyo Louis received a B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1997. Tuoyo then went on to obtain an MPH in Health Policy and Management from Emory University between 2001 and 2004. Following this, they completed an MBA in Finance from Clark Atlanta University between 2004 and 2006. In December 2013, Louis obtained a certification in Leading Innovative Change from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
