Akira Kuga

Akira Kuga is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial systems. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Systems and Operations at GOAT Group since April 2017, Akira was recognized as a 2022 Founders Award Recipient. Prior roles include Director of Accounting and Senior Accounting Manager at Laurel & Wolf, along with various positions at Hulu, KPMG, and JPMorgan Chase. Akira began a career in finance as an Audit Associate at KPMG and also gained experience as a Grant and Contract Accounting Intern at the University of Washington. Akira holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Washington, earned between 2005 and 2010.
