Anna Zabotina

Anna Zabotina is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at GOAT Group since December 2022, following the acquisition of Grailed, where Anna was the first and sole legal counsel from 2022 to March 2025. Prior to her work at Grailed, Anna Zabotina was a Technology, Transactions, and Privacy Associate at Perkins Coie LLP from 2019 to 2022, specializing in complex licensing, SaaS agreements, and corporate transactions. Anna Zabotina also held positions at White & Case LLP, where Anna was a Technology Transactions Associate from 2017 to 2019, and completed internships at esteemed organizations such as Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors, and various law firms, gaining a comprehensive background in intellectual property and corporate law.
